Automatic Renewal Unless you notify Ablely before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorise us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such subscription (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you.

2. Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by following the instructions on the Service. Ablely reserves the right to (i) modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) and (ii) refuse any and all current and future use of the Service, suspend or terminate your account (any part thereof) or use of the Service and remove and discard any of your Content within the Service, for any reason, including if Ablely believes that you have violated these Terms.
